This document explains what data this site collects, why, and on what basis. It is written in plain language — if something is missing, write to the address at the bottom.
The data controller is SkyZen, who runs this site. For data matters: kontakt@skyzen.pl.
When you send an enquiry you provide your name, email address, the chosen scope of work and the message itself. Used solely to limit spam.
I use the data from the form only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. The basis is your consent together with my legitimate interest in handling enquiries and protecting the site from abuse.
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask for removal earlier.
If you choose "Accept all", two analytics cookies are added: a visitor identifier valid for a year and a visit identifier valid for 30 minutes. Both contain nothing but a random string, are not linked to your personal data and are not shared with anyone.
Your cookie decision is remembered for a year. You can change it by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
Statistics are collected only after you choose "Accept all". Choosing "Necessary only" means nothing about your visit is recorded. The data stays on my own server and is not passed to any third party - there is no Google Analytics or anything similar here.
With your consent I record: the page visited and its address parameters, the language version, the country derived from your IP address, browser name and version, operating system, device type, browser language, window and screen size, pixel density, colour depth, time zone, light or dark theme preference, reduced-motion preference, the connection type your browser reports, CPU core count and memory as reported by the browser, page load timings, time spent on the page, scroll depth, number of clicks, and events such as clicking a button, opening a case study or sending the form.
What I do not do: I do not store your IP address - it is used once to determine country, then discarded. I do not fingerprint your browser (canvas, audio, font lists). I do not track you beyond this site and do not join this data with any external profile.
The basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clearing this site's cookies. Analytics data is deleted after 12 months.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase and restrict its processing, as well as the right to object and the right to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time - this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
